Taste the garden's edible autumn delights
Learn to identify, sustainably grow and harvest
the freshest, tastiest goodies straight from the garden.
Bring a thermos of hot water to make fresh-picked herb tea,
your favourite recipe for ingredients in the garden,
a punnet of edible leafy greens or herbs to plant
or a container of water give them a good start :)

note to potplant gardeners
When replacing nutrient-depleted potting mix, a great use for it
is layering it over foodscraps in worm farms or compost bins so it helps
create rejuvenated soil :).....wellkept wormfarms live happily in small
spaces or find friends with compost bins if space is an issue.
PLEASE DON'T put used potting mix straight onto the foodgarden
as this actually starts drawing nutrients out of the garden's carefully
nurtured soil and away from the plants that need it :(
